As is noted on the DNZ website the Company's proposed $35m capital raising was approved by DNZ shareholders at the recent AGM.
DNZ have now released an offer document in relation to the capital raising.

We are pleased to announce that David van Schaardenburg has been appointed to the DNZ board. It’s been a long wait since requisitioning the DNZ board to hold a special meeting in December 2009.
David has a strong understanding of the issues facing DNZ, and he has invested considerable time in researching and assessing the options available and their impacts to existing shareholders. We believe David is a very positive addition to the DNZ board; he is a well qualified and experienced investment analyst and will provide added vigour to the board decision making processes.
We are grateful to David for making himself available as a candidate and we congratulate him on his appointment. Please note: Neither of the other two candidates gained the required votes to be appointed to the DNZ board.

There seems to be some confusion among clients in regards to the representations of Peter Fletcher and Peter Bruce. Please note: They do not work for, or represent MMG Advisory Partners in any way. If you have voted for either of these candidates under the belief that they were representing MMG and you now wish to change your vote, we recommend you fill out a Proxy form and nominate MMG CEO, Derek Young (of 222 Bush Road, Albany, North Shore City) as your proxy. This will override any earlier vote you may have made.
To ensure your proxy arrives in time for the special meeting we recommend you complete and fax the proxy form to MMG on 09 415 2070 before 5pm, May 11th.

Please find below the DNZ update sent to all affected clients by MMG on
15 April 2010. The letter outlines the progress made to date in MMG's discussions with DNZ.
IMPORTANT: On 14 April 2010 DNZ sent a letter to all shareholders advising them of the date of the Special Meeting and outlining the changes to the DNZ Board and inviting shareholders to a series of meetings to be held around the country to outline a proposal for the restructure of the company. MMG is currently in active and constructive dialogue with DNZ regarding the proposal options and will soon be in touch with further information. In the meantime clients who have questions can contact their adviser. MMG will provide investors with further information as soon as possible.
